This entry was posted on Saturday, February 17, 2007 11:09 PM and is filed under lamb complaints.

we have reached the second instance of a sping 2007 zipper pulley breaking.
this is tragic news as these are beautiful features on a beautiful creature.

i am in no way a source of official help, but if this happens to you, i do recommend you to contact the store that you purchased it from first. the worst they can do is say they cant help you which leaves you no worse off then if you didnt call.  You can also try calling lamb. they probably wont help. but i like business to hear cosumer complaints. they need to know their product is faulty.

i wish you all the luck in keeping your LAMBs in one peice!
byebye!
Amy

Love this new news section. Great work Amy

Oh no! I'm scared about my mama cheetah hoodie.

I also noticed that there is no lamb written on the end of the drawstring clips from the hoodie. It's just gold.
Not a big deal, but I always thought that added extra character to the hoodies.

i agree with you on the LAMB written on the drawstring clips.... that is a nice added tough. i really love how this seaon has the gold interlocking L's on most of the items.  that might make up for it

I was at Holt Renfrew over the weekend trying on the LAMB Republic hoody--I go to zip it up & next thing you know, the zipper pully had broken off! This is what I hate about LAMB clothing after the Spring 2005 line--their quality has gone down yet their prices has not. I bought the hoodie (one that's not broken) but I warned the store that if this happens, I will be returning it! SO EVERYONE--KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!!! Try not to buy it from Ebay if you are planning to get your money back. I will do my best to relay this issue to LAMB's quality assurance people.

god, it's really sad that these quality issues return seasn after season.
i personally thought spring 04 was the worst when everyones embroidered logo tanks ripped, chain belts split, tees wore out, etc etc.

i have a ripped logo tank and a chain belt (which as you prolly know hangs loose) i have had tofix after everytime i wore it! actually, the only time it didnt split was when i wore to a meet and greet with gwen this past november.

i also bought the super popular wdmlg? hoodie that had a hole in it before i even wore it (i didnt notice at the store).
        ugh.

THANK you for the site, too bad about LIVE JOURNAL, I have no idea who the owner is with the attitude..recently. I am NOT a member.

As far as Meg2Meg talking to 'quality assurance' they could NOT care any less than they did in 2004 w/ the belts, et al.

It took me over 6 months to finally get a replacement of the charm for leopardy faux cashmere hoooded jacked -- SIX months. I bought full price and upon pulling out of box an zipping, the charm broke = the piece is not made right (duh), they somehow melded the hook park to the charm (cheap metal?) and they expect THAT to hold up when zipppin an unzipping? I never go to wear that jacket. It honestly is NOT the same w/o the charm. So I waited the 6 mos, finally took advice to send them photos of the charm and voila, they took care of me. Now, that jacket is no longer in style 325 down the drain.

I suggest everyone buy ONLY at Nordsrom as they always offer refunds/replacements even after a year. The prices shouldn't have been UPPED gwen, used to be 125 for the pants including the chain belt. And you got the black bookbark thingy and all the cutesly lamb stuff PLUS the belt, which of course fell apart..fixed just as above mentioned, so many x's , now its just laying in a pile in my jewelry box..

But as long s this comment is, and all the complaining I'm doing. I spend most of my clothing ONLY on lamb - and when I've been purchasing other pricey designer stuff, I'm having same problems.

Let's face it -- quaility of clothing has gone downhill with most clothing mfg's.

Too bad @ lamb and wish she's add the cute stuff, like when she 1st started. Th

Thank you for this blog, LIVE JOURNAL isn't the ONLY one out there..people seem to get all trippy when they think they have power.

      THANK YOU.
